During an interview, you might encounter questions such as “Why did you leave your last job?” or “Why did you resign from your previous job?” If you tell your interviewer that your boss is a fool, or that your job is terrible then you will be perceived as someone who does not take matters into his own hands. Your interviewer might think that you blame your previous employer why you didn’t excel in your job. A better response includes a positive outlook for everything that didn’t turn out well. A better response would be “I found a job that I know will give me more challenge…”
Do not forget to promote yourself. Use all your achievements to your advantage. A job interview is a perfect opportunity to showcase your excellent qualities. Your mission is to land a job and you do this by relating your remarkable skills relevant to the position you are applying for. Selling yourself is important but do not overdo it and make sure everything you say is legit.
